The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
l. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2411
(University Avenue District Oft-Street Parking Project No. 52-13)
and Resolution of Intention No. 2425 (University Avenue District
Off-Street Parkir~ P~oject No. 52-14), adopted March 2, 1953 and
April 13, 1953, respectively, and now combined into one district
pursuant to proceedings had therefor (ex~lusive of public property
in use :tn the performance of a public runction)s a special tax
in the sum of $ .527 upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of
assessed valuation thereof, for interest and principal install
ments on Bond Plan E, University Avenue District Parking Bonds
or 1957 and University Avenue District Off-Street Parking Bonde
ot 1954, Series "A".

the City or Palo Alto on Monday, the 26th day of August, 1974,
by the following vote:
