AN ORDINANCE FIXING AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1974-1975
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT OFF-STREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 60-8

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution No. 3363 of Preliminary
Determination and of Intention~ adopted February 27, 1961 {except
publicly owned property), a special tax in the sum of $ 4 9 ~
upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation thereof,
for interest and principal installments due on California Avenue
District Parking Bonds of 1962,

Introduced and pas3ed at a regular meeting of the Counc11 of
26th The City of Palo Alto on Monday, the day of August, 1974,
by the following vote:
AYES: Berwald, Clay, Comstock, ~enderson, Pearson, Rosenbaum, Sher
