ORDINANCE NO. 2805
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1974-75
TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION FOR PROJECT 72-98
SCOTT STREET MINI PARK AND IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did-on
June 25, 1974, adopt a budget for fiscal year 1974-75; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to increase the appropriation
for Project 72~8 Scott Street Mini Park and Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cquncil 0f the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The stun of $30, 000 . 00 be appropriated for Project
72-98, ScotES'treet Mini Park and Improvements and the unappropriated
balance of the Capital Improvement Fund be corresponditlgly reduced
by $30,000.00.
SECTION 20 This ordinance shall become effective immediately
as provided in Section 12 of Article III of the Charter and ·
Section 2.04.375 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
