ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR 1974-1975 TO TRANSFER THE
UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE APPROPRIATION FOR PROJECT
70-34, BICYCLE ROUTES AND TR.l\ILS SYSTEt-l, PHASE I TO
PROJECT 73-34, BICYCLE ROUTES AND TRAILS SYSTEM,
PHASE II

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did on
June 25, 1974, adopt a budget for fiscal year 1974-1975; and
~~EREAS, a consolidation of Bicycle Routes and Trails Systems
Projects Phases I and II is desirableo
NOW, THEREFOREt the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION le The unexpended balance of the appropriation for
Project 70-~4; Bicycle Routes and Trails System Phase I is trans
ferred to and consolidated with the appropriation fer Project ·
73-34, Bicycle Routes and '!'rails system, Phase IL
SECTION 2~ This ordinance shall become effective immediately
as provtaea in Section 12 of Article III of the Charter and Sec
tion 2.04o375 of the Palo Alto Municipal Codeo
