ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01" PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 (THE ZONING MAP) OF' THE
PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE CLl'~SSIFICATION
OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2850 WEST BAYSHORE ROAD FROM
R-1 TO L-M-S-D AND CHANGING THE FIRE ZONE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 (The Zoning Map) of the
Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amended to change the zoning
classification of property known as 2850 West Bayshore Road from
R-1 to L-M-S-D. Said property is shown on the map attached here
to, marked EXHIBIT A, and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. Section 16.04.180 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code
is hereby amended by changing the f .ire zone of the property re
classified by this ordinance and shown on EXHIBIT A from Fire
Zone 3 to Fire Zone 2. The Official Fire Zone Map of the City of
Palo Alto, California, is hereby amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this change will
have no significant environmental impact.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
commencement of the 31st day after the day of its passage.
