AN ORDINANCE FIXING AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1973-74
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRIC'l'
OFFSTREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 52-13
OFFSTRF~T PARKING PROJECT NO. 52-14
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
1. •rhere is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment dis
trict formed pursuant to Resolution of .Cntention No. 2411 (University
Avenue District Offstreet Parki.ng Pro.ject No. 52-13) and Resolution
of Intention No. 2425 (University Avenue District Offstreet Parking
Project No. 52-14), adopted March 2, 1953 and April 13, 1953, re-
spectivelJ, andnowcombined into one district pursuant to proceedings
had therefor ( exclusi.ve of public property in use in the performance
of a public function), a special tax in the sum of$ .356 ...:o.:::o;;.;::. __ _ upon
each One Hundred Dollers ($100) of assessed valuation thereof, for
interest and principal installments on Bond Plan E, University
Avenue District Parking Bonds of 1957 and University Avenue Djstrict
Offstreet Parking Bonds of 1954, Series "A 11
