ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF' 'rHE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THL FISCAL YEAR 1972-1973
TO APPROPRIATE UP TO $4,000 FOR RED.CSIGN OF THE
LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR THE REGIONAL ~'lATER QUALITY
CONTROL PLANT
WHEREAS, oursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council of the City of
Palo Alto did on June 26, 1972, adont a budget for the fiscal year
1972-1973; and
t'JHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo l\lto at its meeting of
March 12, 1973, atithorized the staff to oroceed with the redesign ofJ
the landscaping plan for the Regional \\Yater Quality Control Plant; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of providing the redesign effort is
approximately $4,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
as follows:
SECTION 1. The amount of Four thousand dollars ($4,000} be trans-
ferred from the unappropriated balance of the Capital Improvement Fund
to the Regional Water Quality Cont.rol Plant project for the redesign
of the landscaping plan.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immec1iately as
provided in S?ction 1~ of Article III of the Charter and Section 2.04.375
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
