AN ORDINANCE FIXING AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1973-74
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTR!CT OFF-STREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 60-8
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution No. 3363 of ?rel1m1nary
Determination and of Intention, adopted February 27, 1961 (except
publicly owned property), a special tax in the sum of $~s~34 ____ __
upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation thereof,
for interest and principal instaflments due on California .Avenue
District Parking Bonds of 1962.

The City of Palo Alto on Monday, the ?7th day of August, 197 3,
by the following vote;
AYES: Beah.rs, Clay; Henderson, Norton, Pearson, Rosenbaum
NOES: None
ABSENT: Berwald, Comstock, Sher
