ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING '!'HE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1972-73 FOR
FOOTHILLS UTILITIES REASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 72-81
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did on
June 26, 1972, adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1972-73; and
WHEREAS, the council wishes _to appropriate funds for the
.Foothills Utilities Reassessment.Project No. 72-81.
NOW,_THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto-does
ORDAIN as follows:
-SECTION 1. That, in the' Capital Improvement Fund, the sum of
Six Hundred 'l'hirty-f ive Thousand Dollars ( $.635, 000. 00) be transferred

from the appropriation for the Foothi_ll Open Space P:toject No. 71--98
to the Foothills Qtilities Reassessment :Project No. 72-Bl.
SECTIO~ 2. This ordinance shall beco.me effective inuuediately
