ORDINANCE OF ~HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ADDING SECTION 1. 0 8. 110 / SUBSECTIONS (d) AND (e)
TO SECTION 4.10.050 AND SECTION 9.44.030, AND
AMENDING SUBSECTION (c) OF SECTION 4.10.050 AND
SECTlONS 4.30.010 AND 9.44.020 AND REPEALING
CHAPTER 9.04 OF THE P~O ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE RE

SECTION 1. Section 1.08.110 is added to the Palo Alto Municiyal
Code to read:
"l.08.110 Nonpal'.'rnent of fees or charges. No person .
. . shall use any city facility or service without paying

SECTION 2. Subsection (c) is amended and subsections (d) and
(e) are added to Section 4,10.050 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code

SECTION 5. Section 9. 44. 0 20 of the Pa.lo.· Al to Municipal Code
is amended to read:
11 9.44.020 Distributing on private p7emises. No person
shall cast, throw, dlstribute,deposit, scatter, pass out;
give away, circulate, or.deliver any commercial or busi
ness handbill, dodger, .ci:rc~lar, or other advertising
