AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF, CHAPTER 2. 08. (OFFICERS

(5) He shall continuallv review the requirements of
those departments utilizing telemetering and super
visory control systems in the light of applicable
technological-developments in the field to t}\::\ end
that the knowledge and resources of the d.iv1aion may

He shall have authority to invest or reinvest city
funds and to sell or exchange securities so purchased
in accordance with law, and shall make a monthly report
of such transactions for submittal to the city manager.
He shall have authority to destroy in a manner pro
