ORDINANCE NO. 2661
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 10.48.090(b) (2) OF THE PALO ALTO
MUNICIPAL-CODE TO INCLUDE CONTRACTORS IN THE CITY
OF PALO ALTO TRUCK ROUTE REGULATION PROVISIONS
The Council of th~ City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION l. -Item 2 of subsection -(b) of Section"' 10. 48. 090 of
the Palo Alto Municipal Code is arne:nded -to reacl: \'-
" ( 2) Any vehicle oWned or operated by a public
utility, or 0 by the city, or any.vehicle used for
the removal of refuse under contract with the city."
SECTION 2. This·. ordinance-sh~ll become-effective upon __ the
