ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1971'-72 'I'O

WHEREAS, pursuant to_. the provision~ of Section 12 of. Article III
of the Charter of the City of Pale> Alto, the Council did on June ~l,
. 1971, adopt a budget for the fisca·l year 1971-72; and
W_HEREAS, ~he Council wishes to reduce the-appropriation· of said
_budget ·for the Capital Impr6vement Fund Hillview-Miranda Intersection
