ORDIN~.NCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR.THE FISCAL YEAR 1971-72

ADJUSTING THE APPROPRIATIONS IN· THE CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENT'FUND
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section-12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo . .A'lto I the Council by
Ordinanc~ No. 2608, did on June 2ly 1971, adopt a b~dget for the
fiscal ye~r 1971-19721 ~nd
·WHEREAS, the council wishes to make an additional appropriation
in excess of the swn_s ·appropriated by said budget in the Capital
Improvement Fund to ·provide for Project 71-99, City's· assessinent
for CQunty of San·_ Mateo Starin Drain Project""'U!li t I.
NOW / THEREFORE; the Council of the .City of Palo l'~lto does
O~IDAIN a3 follows:
SECTION 1. That the 1971-1972 appropriation ·in the Capit~l
Improvement Fuhd for Project 71~99 be increased .in·the amount of
$10, 600 to p~~vide for thp,i payi'nent of thf? assess~~t against
