AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1971-1972
TO MAKE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE ANIMAL
SHELTER RELOCATIQN P~OJECT NO. 70-11 TO PROVIDE A
FACILITY FOR A SPAY. A,ND NEuTER .CLINIC

W~EREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III
of _ the Charter of the City of · Palo Al: to, the Counci 1 · did on --June 21 , · ·.·,
1971, adopt a b'udget for the fiscal year 1971-1972; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make an adc!i tional appropriation
in excess of the sums appropriated' by said budget for the AnimaJ. Shelter
Relocation Project No. 70•li,. and to reO.uee the unappropr'iated balance
of :the Capital Improvement.Fund. t --..
NOW, THEREFORE, ,the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN'
