ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1971-1972

TO TRANSFER FUNDS WITHIN THE APPROPRIATION\:,~ .. 'THE
ARTS DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PURCHASE'OF A
CONCERT GRANO ·p IANO
WHEREAs, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
!II of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did on
'June 21, 1971, adopt a budget for the fiscal'yearl971-1972; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to tran~fer funds within the
-. appropriation of the Arts Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, the'council of, the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:

Arts Department be amended to provide for.the re-allocation of One
