ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
"AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL.YEAR 1971-1972
TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO THE CAPITAL

WHEREAS, pursuant to the :orovisi.Qns of Section 12 of Ar.tic le III
' of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council diq on June 21,

1971, adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1971-1972; and
.·WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make an additional appropriation
in exc~ss of the. sums· appropriated by said budget for the Capital
Improvement ·Fund Foothills Land Acquisition Project No. 71 ... 98.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the·cfty of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECT:t.ON 1. ·The 1971.;.197 2 Capital ·Improvement Fund appropriatior1
for Foothills Land Acquisition Project 11;.;.99 is increased from Threfi

($3,334,100) to Four million dollars':J$4;000,000). This Six hundred
and sixty-five thousand nine hundred Ci6i'lar ($665,900) increase is to
