ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1970-1971

TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the C~ty of Palo Alto, the Council did on
June 22, 1970, adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1970--1971; and

WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make·an additional appropriation·
in excess of the sums appi;-opriated by said budget in the Capital
