AND 6:00 A.M. WITHOUT A PERMIT AND LlMITING THE NUMBER OF PERMITS WHICH MAY BE ISfUED The Council of the City of Palo Alto does. ORDAIN as fol- lows: "-9;-ii, SECTICN 1. ·:Section· 10. 44. OiO of the Palo Al to Municipal _Code is amended to read as follows; ·.- "10.44.020 Standing or parking, 3:00 a.m. tu 6:00 a.m. (a) It is uulawful for the owner or driver of any vehicle to allow S\lch vehicle to remain standing, or parked upon any street or alley in thE! .. ci ~Y between the hours of th~ee -a.m. and six a.m. without a permit therefor. This section shall not apply to. vehicles of any liceni:;ed physician when actually_ engaged in making professional calls.
