THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE BOARD OF ';ADMINISTRATION

SYSTEM
The Council of .the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
lows:
SECTION.! .. That an amendment to the contract between the
City Coun~il of the City of Pa'lo Alto and the .Board of Adminis
tration of the California ~ublic Employees' Reti~ement System

hereof as though herein set out in full.
