Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the "Zoning Map" is hereby, amended by changing the zoning of certain property known as 1128-1138 Oregon Avenue and 2450 West Bayshore Road from R-1 ~nd R-3-G to P-c. Said property is shown 'on a map attached hE:reto, incorpo.t"ated heroin by· reference end entitled "Change of District from R-1 and R-3-G to P-C." SECT ION 2. The d-.lagrams attached hereto enti tJ f:Od "Develop- ment Plan" are incorporated herein by reference. Said Development . . Plan is approved pursuant to Section 18.68.070 of the Palo Alto ·Municipal Code subject to the following conditions'! 1. Provide perimeter planting:not less than three (3) feet in width with evergreen shrubs and trees in reasonable number as required by'the Use Permit. 2.
