ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING CHAPTER 2?.-08 (PARK DEDICATIONSJ OF THE
PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ·~DOING SEC~ION 22,08.212
ENLARGING RINCONADA P~RK

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. That Section 22.oa,212 be added to the Palo
Alto Municipal Code to read ~~ follows:

... "22.08 212 Rinconada Park Addition. the parcel
ot·iand delineated and described in Exhibit A-17.2
attached hereto i.s h1'.'rcby reserved for·park, playground,
recreati(~ or conservation use, and is hereby made a
part of Rinconada Park.11
' SECTION 2 All the provisions of Chapte~ 22.08 of the
Palo Alto Municipal Code shall apply to Section 2~.oe.212 with
the same force and effect as though said section werE: .~t:iginally

SECTION 3. This ordinattce shall become effective upon the
expiration of thirty days from its passage.
