ORDINANCE NO. 2580
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE·CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1970-1971
~ TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAJ, APPROPRIATION TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section ·12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did on
June 22, 1970 adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1970'=-1971; and
,_. WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make an additional approprifrti0n
in excess of the sums appropriated by said budget· in the Capital ,. .·
Improvement Fund for Project 69-38, 11 Rtern Conununi ty Center Im:pl"ove-
ment-Phase II.11
NOW, THEREFORE, the CounJil of the City of falo Alto does_
ORDAIN ·as follows:
SECTION 1. That the 1970-197l'approp~iation in ~he C&pital
Improvement·Fund for Project 69-38 be incrects~d from $35,000 to
$49;000, in the: amount of $14,000·to provide for improvement: of·tr·:;
st.ern Corrununi ty Center property and that the unappropriated balance
of the Ca.pita! Improvement Fund be correspondingly decreased frcm
$2,482,495 to ~2,468 1 495.
