The Council of the City of Palo Al to does ORDAIN as fol.lows:
·SECTION 1. Section 2.04.010 'of tht! Po.-lo Alto Municipal Code
is hereby amend("!d to read as follows:
"2,04.010 Regular meetinq~_The council of the ci~y
