ORDINANCE NO. ZS75 ORIGINAL
AN ORDINANCE FIXING AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1970-71
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT OFF-STREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 60-8
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as fo~lows:
1. There is hereby levied aga1.nst and upori all of the real
property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution No. 3363 of Preliminary
Determination and of Intention, adopted FebruarJ 27, 1961 (except
publicly owned property), a special tax in the sum of$ .621 ------
\ · upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation thereof,
for interest and principal installments due on California Avenue
·District Parking Bonds of 1962.

Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Palo Al to on Monday, the 1 Oth
by the following vote:
day of August, 1970,
AYES: Arnold, Beahrs, Berwald, Clark, Comstock, Dias, Gallagher,
Norton, Pearson, Wheatley
NOES: None
ABSENT: Spaeth
