AN ORDINANCE FIXING AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT
FOR F'ISCAL YEAR 1970-71
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT BEAUTIFICATION
PROJECT NO. 60-5
ORIGINAL
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
1. There is hereby levied again::;t and upon all of the real
property (land and irnprov7rnents thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution No. 3360 of Preliminary
Determination and of Intention, adopted February 27, 1961 (except
publicly owned property), a special tax in the sum of$ .310
upon each One aundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation thereof,
f'or interest and principal installments due on California Avenue
District Beautification Bonds of 1961.

the City of Palo Alto on Monday, the ~I_O_t_h~ day of August, 1970,
