AN ORDINANCE FIXING AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1970-71
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 55-5
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
' property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2656,
adopted September 12, 1955 (exclusive of public property in use
in the performance of a public function), a special tax in the sum
of $ . 746 upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed
valuation thereof, for interest and principal installments due on
Bond Plan E, California Avenue District Parking Bonds of 1956.

Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of
the· City of Palo Alto on Monday, the 10th
by the following vote:
