FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1970-71

OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 52-13

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
property {land and improvements thereon) within the assessment dis
trict formed pursuant to Resolution of I11tention No. 2411 {University
Avenue District Off-Street Parking Pro~iect No~ 52-13) and Resolution
of Intention No. 2·425 {University Avenue Distric·~ Off-Street Parking
Project Ho. 52-14), adopted March 2, 1953 and April 13, 1953, respec-
tivE71Y, and now combined into one district pursuant +-,o proceedings
had therefor ( exclusi·{e of public property in use in the performance
of a public function), a special tax in the sum of$ .506 upon
each One Hundred Dollars {$l 1 ~J) of assessed valuation thereof, for
interest and principe...1 installments on Bond Plan E, University Avenue
District Parking Bonds of 1957 and University Avenue District Off
Street Parking Bonds of 1954, Series 11 A11
