ORDINANCE OF 'PHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO Al.TO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE VICINITY OF SAN ANTONIO AVENUE, EAST BAYSHORE
FRONTAGE ROAD AND FABIAN WAY FROM L-M-1 AND M-1-S
TO L-M-1-D AND M-1-S-D
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code (the Zoning Map) is hereby amended to change the zoning of
certain property in the vicinity of San Antonio Avenue, East
Bayshore Frontage Road and Fabian Way.from L-M-1 and M-1-S to
L-M-1-D and M-1-S-D.
SE•..:TION 2. Said property is shown on the map attached
hereto marked Exhibit 11 A11 and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
expiration of thirty days from its passage.
