ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY· OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE CHANGING THE ZONlNG OF CEI<.TAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS
1031, 1039 AND 1045 COLORADO AVENUE FROM R-1 TO R-3-G-
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code (the Zoning Map} is hereby amended to change the zoning of
certain property known as 1031, 1039 and 1045 Colorado Avenue
from R-1 to R-3-G.
SECTION 2. Said property is shown on a map attached
hereto, marked EXHIBIT A and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
expiration of thirty days from its passage.
