ORDINANCE NO. 2546
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL FIRE!': ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO (SECTION 1601 OF-THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE)
BY CHANGING THE FI RE ZONE OF THE PROPER'rY LOCATED AT
590 HAMILTON AVENUE AND 602, 618 AND 628 WEBSTER
STREET FROM FIRE ZONE 3 TO FIRE ZONE 1
The Council of the City of-: Palo Al to does ORDAIN as fol-
lows:
SECTION l. The "Official Fire Zone Map of the ~ity of Palo
Alto, California" (Section 1601 of the Uniform Building Code) is
hereby amended by changing the fire zone of the property located
at 590 Hamilton Avenue and 602, 618 and 628 Webster Avenue from
Fire Zon~ 3 to Fire Zone 1. ~he location of said property is more
fully depicted on the map attached hereto dated January 28, 1970,
marked EXHIBIT A and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Building~Official is hereby authorized and
direct~d to ~ake said change on ~aid map on file in his office.
SECTION 3. This ordinance Shall become effective upon the
expiration of thirty days from its passage.
