HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 2545.. ----------------------------------------------. lows: • • -ORDINANCE NO. 2545 ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO­ AMENDING SECTION l8b08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIP~L CODE CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AT THE INTERSECTION OF HAMILTON AND WEBSTER FROM R-4 AND C-2:5 TO P-C {OFFICE BUILDING) The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN AS fol- SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the "Zoning Map" is hereby amended b~ changirig the ionirig of certain property known as 536, 550, 552, 564 and-590 Hamilton Avenue and 602, 618 and 628 Webster Street from R~4 and C-2:S to P-C (Office Building) . Said property is shown on a map attached hereto, incorpor~ted herein by reference and entitled "Change of District from R-4 and C-2:5 to P-C {Office Building)." SECTION 2. The diagrams attached.hereto entitled "Develop- rnent Plan" are incorporated herein by reference_. Said Develop- ment Plan is app~oved pursuant to Section 18.68.070 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code subject to the following conditions: 1. Use. Business.and professional offices. 2. 'Improvements. Building location, dimensions, architecture, 6ff-~ireet parking, landscaping, and-all ~ther improvements shall be substantially as shown on the _approved Development Pian. Development Schedule. Start of construction within n;_ne (9) months of Council approval. Completion of all construction and development within nine (9) months after start of construction. 4.
