MAKING AN AD_DITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND -MITCHELL PARK TENNIS COURTS
PROJECT 65-7
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Palo Alto Charter, the City Council did on August 9,
w1IEREAS, the City Cowicil desires to make an additional appro~
priation of receipts in excess of the t0tal appropriations made
by said budget.
NOW, 1'HEREFORE, th~ Council of the ~ity of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
That the following sum if'. hereby appropriated in the Capital
Improvement Fund for the purpose and us·e htdicated:
Mitchell Park Tennis Courts,
Project 65-7 $35,000.00
That this ordinance, being an ordinance required to be passed
for the purpose of complying with the Charter, shall become --effec-
tive upon adoption and passage.
