MAKINO AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE CAPITAL
IMPROVIMENT FUND (ACQUISITI~N OF LAND FROM.
RUSSEL V, AND DOROTHY WOMACK LEE)
WHEREAS, pu.r1uant to the provisions of Section 12 of

Article III of the Pelo Alto Charter, the City Council did on

appropriation of-receipts in excess of the total appropriations

Capital Improve$6nt Fund for the purpose and use indicated:
Acqulaition of lan<J from De. Russel V. Lee
for addition• to Foothills Park $395,000
That thi1 ordinance, being an ordinance required to be
