ORDINANCE.OF TiiE COuNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO

MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND~ -(LAMBERT AVENUE AREA PARK)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of
Article III of the Palo Alto Charter, the City Council did on
and
WHEREAS, the City \!ouncll desires to make an additional
appropriation of receipts 'in excess of the total appropriations
made by said budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo -Al,to does·
ORDAIN as follows:

That the following sum is her~by appropriated in Lhe
Capita_l Improvement Fund for the purpose and use indicated:
Acquisition of lands for a park
in Lambert Avenue area.between
El Camino Real and Southern Pacific
right-of-way -,·-$130,000
That this ordinance.,· b·eing an ordinance required to be·

become effective upon adoption.and passage.
