ORDINANCE OF THK COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
·MAKING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPi\Li\}l'ION IN '.i'HE Cl. nrTAL
IMPROVr~NT FUND -FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMRNT E'OR
THE ~.AYFIELD AND UNIVERSITY PARK FIRE STATIO~S,
PROJECT 65=31
WHEREAS) pursuant to the provisions. of Section 12 _of Article
III of th~ Palo Alto Charter, the City Couri'cil did on August 9,
1965 adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1965-1966, and
WriEREAS, the City Council desires to make an additional appro-"'
pr.iation of receipts_ 'Ln excess of the total appropriations made
by said budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, t:h::: Council of the City of Palo A!.to does
ORDAIN as follows:
That tl_le following sum is hereby appropriated in the ca,ital
Improvement Fund for the purpose and use i1idicated:
<·ru~nishings and Equipillent for the Mayfield
anci ·-University Park Fire Stations,
Project 65-31 $15,000.00
