APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "AUjt\o STREET ANNEXATION"

giving notice of the proposal to annex. certain uninhabited
·territory to the City of Pa lo Alto, said territory being .there-

describes the boundaries of the territory proposed to be
annexed; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 3844 did contain & notice of
the day, hour and place when and where the Council of the City
would hE'ar prote:sts made by any person owning real -prop~.rty
within the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said
hearing being not less than forty nor more than sixty days from
the date of passage of said Resolution; and

That said territory, the annexation of which to_ the City
of Palo Alto i.s herein approved, is all that territory situate
in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, more parti
cularly described on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part
hereof and delineated on the map attached hereto ma~ked
EXHIBIT '.3 iind made a part hereof.
As provided in Sec'tiort 2.158 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code this ordinance shall becom~ ~effective upon adoption.
