SECTION 2. Secti<m 19. l.16 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code
is am.ended to read as followsi:
"SEC~ 19 .116 ~UUNG C)F CERTAL.'l VEHI.CLE.5 PROHIBITED
It shall be tmlawful for any person who deals in or
whose bt.:1Sineas involves the rt:.:possession o.:t' repe.ir of new
or used vehi.cles l:o p.ark or lPave standing on one or more
