CITY COUNCIL JND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF IRE
CALIFORNIA STJ 1':£~ EMPLOYEES 1 RETIREMENT SYSTEM RELATING ·
TO PERSO! S COMPDIBATE.t> ON AN HOURLY BASIS
The Council of the City of p~,10 Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SEC'I'ION l. That an amendment: to the contract between the
City Council of the (ity of Palo J,lto and the Board of Administration,
californi.a Sta1;e EmpJ oyees I Retirunent System is hereby authorized,
a copy of said amendn ent being attached hereto, marked "DQUBIT A")
a11d by such referencE made a part hereof as though herein set out
in full.
SECTION 2. The mayor, as prE:s:.ding officer of the City
Council is.hereby authorized, empc1We:red a:nd directed to execute
said amendment for ar d on behalf c1f the City and the City Clerk
is authc,rized and di1 ected to attE!St his :signature ..
SECTION 3 .. The City Clerk s'l:::.all certify to the adoption of
this ordinance by a 'ote of two thirds of all of the members of
the City Council.
I hereby ct~rtifj th.at the whcle number of members of the
Council of the City cf Palo Alto is fifteen and that the foreg•,ing
ordinance was adoptee by a vote of more than two-thirds of all
of the members of said Council at its meeting held on the
14th day of_ Sept:~mber 1 1964, by the following vote:
