District,t:he following regulations as specified
for the r~!spective ''-L" District shall apply
in lieu o::E the respective regulat:ions as to
building Hite area, yards, and l<>t width at
setback lti~ne ·which are hereinbef<>re specified
for such district with which is combined such
"-L" Disti:ict; provided, however._, that such
applicati1)n sh.all not be made in any case in
which any of the following regulations are less
than the 1~orresponding regulations hereinbefore
specified for such district wit:h which is
combin-.?d ::iucb "'-L" District.
S;eecial R·egulations:
(a) Lot Area Reguired: The lot area for each
clwellIIlg ·1mit for parc'els in excess of 16, 000
square fe,et shall be indicated by a ~umber
following the: 11 -L" in the District Designation,,
which number represents the requ:ired lot area
for each dwelling ur.i.it in hundreds of square
feet.
(b) b£LWidth at Setback Line: 80 feet
(~) Side Ya:rds: Side yards shall total not
less ttiantw"E~nty {20) per cent of the lot width,
with a maxim~i:m requirEment of thirty-two (32)
feet> and no side yard may be less than eight
(8) feet. Ihree {.3) f:eet shall be added to each
required sidE~ yard for each story above the
first story c1f any bui.lding. The side yard on
the street side of eac:h corner lot shall be not
less than sb:teen (16) feet.
(d) Any lot or parcel of land having less than
the minimum requiremerltS as listed in (a~> ~b)
and (c) abovE~ shall nc>t qualify for the · '-L'
District Regt;•lation.
