ORDINANCE OF THE COUHCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING TIU:: ANNEXA'J~ON OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ARASTRADlERO-MAYBELL ANNEXATION°

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
WEREA.S, on the 13th da;r of July, 1964, the Council of the
City of Palo Alto did: pass and adopt Resolution No. 3751 giving
notice of the proposs:l to arinex certain wr>.inhabited territory
to the City of Palo Alto sai•l territory being therein designated
as "Arastradero-Maybi.t:ll Anne:(ation" 11 said Resolution describing
the boundaries of tht! territory proposed to be annexed; and
WHE!U'.AS, said R•~solution. 3751 did ccn.tain a notice of the
day, hour and place when and where the Co·uncil of the City would
hear protests mad·e by any pe::-son owning real property within the
territory proposed to be ann1~xed, the time, of said hearing being
no~ less than fo:rty no:r nior·? than sixty days from the date of
passage of said Resolution; .md
WHEREAS, on the 2·~th da:r of August:, 1964, .at the hour of
7:30 p.m. in the Counc'il Chanibers in the City Hall of the City
of Palo Alto, County of Sant.1 Clara.. State of California, said
time a.r~d place being the day, hour and pl.ace fixed in said
RE!solution No. 3751 :f.:.>r hear:Lng protests to the s3id annexation,
an.d on said date said City Ci>uncil did hear and pass upon all
protests made to the proposed annexation <md did determine that:

does he:reby approve the annel<ation of the territory hereinafter
described to the City of Palo Alto, and does hereby further
ordain that the said t:erritory be and 1..s hereby annexed to th~~
City of Pale) Alto.
That said territory, the annexacion of which t~ the City of
P.e.lo Alto is here:f.n app.roved, is all that territory situate in

th.i: County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particulircly
de&cribed on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part hereof
