procedure provice<f rn ~c'"le'"~ &ncr Article 4 of this
chapter for tlle division of assessments, said assess
ments may be divided upon the t-rritten apFlication of
.the property owner affected in the manner provided in
the Revenue arid :Taxation Code for the division of taxes;
provided! however:t that any such application shall be
accompan ed by a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) if the
original lot has been divided into two parcels or
five dollars {$5.00) per parcel if the original lot
has been divided into three or more parcels.

city of any balance due it for contributions and advances
which it may have made. tc the redemption fund and of any
special taxes ~ieh it may have levied in aid thereof other
than any regular taxes levi.ed to retire any such bonds,
