L324, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, REQUIRING USABLE OPEN SPACE IN CERTAIN ZONE DISTRICTS The CoLmctl of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows: g:CTION l. Sectior.. 4 .. 76 is added tc1 Ordinance No. 1324, the Zoning Ordinance, tQ read as follows: Sec. 4. 76 '1Usabl.e ~e,!L$j2&ce": Outdoor area on ground, root., tia:LCony, Cleek or porch which is designed and used and accessible for outdoor living, recreation, utility space, pedestrian access, or landscaping.
