AMENDING SECTION 3 • 02 t)f O!RDINANCE :~0. 13 24, l'HE
ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING TilE ZONlNG OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 180 BRYANT STREET FROM R-5 A~YD
HDA ~TO P·-C
The C.ounci 1 of the City o:: Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
gf].l1Q..~ Section 3. 02, the Zoning Map, of the Zoning
Ordin.anc(;~ i~o. 1324 ·' is hereby nmended to change a district from
R-~ and HDA to P-C for the pr··,perty at 180 Hryant Street.
SECTION f.:.. A map describi.ng ~aid affe<:ted property and the
zone chang•? contemplated hereby, and a Development Plan under
Sectfon 16.07 of th.e Zoning Ordinance is affixed hereto, mari:<ed
EXHIBIT A and by reference madE~ a part herec)f.

with the following conditions:
