ZONING ORDINANCE~ CHANGING THE ZONING OF as:RTAIN

The Counci. of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTlOO 1. Section 3.02, the Zoning Map, of the Zoning
Ordinance No. 1:124, is hereby amended to change a district from
R-3 :G to l?-C fo:.· the property at 2855 Middlefield Road.
SECTlON 2 t-A map describing said affected property and the
zorte change cont.emplated hereby, and a Development Plan under
Se<:tion 16.07 of the Zoning Ordinance is affixed hereto, marked
EXHIBIT A and b) reference made s part hereof.
SECJ:'lON 3. lbe DevelQpment Pl.m is approved in accordance
with the following conditions:
