APPROVING THE ANNW~TION OF CER'l'AIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "SAN FRANCISQUITO A.fiNEJ(J..nONtt
TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Falo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
WHER.FAS, on the lOth day of February, 1964, the Council of
the City of Palo Alto did pass and adopc Resolution No. 3715
giving notice of the proposal to .tnnex certain uninhabited terri
tory to the City of Palo :Alto sai·i territory being therein
designated J!J.S "San Francisquito A:mexation", said Resolution
det1cribing the. boundaries of the ~:erritor; proposed to be annexed;
and
WHEREAS, said Resoluti1on 371.:> did contain a notice of the
day, hour and place when and wher•l! th~ Council of tte Clty would
hear protests made by any p:erson 1:Nning real property w:lthin the
territory proposed to be a.nn.exed, .the time of said hear:lng being
not less than forty nor morce than sixty days from the date of
passage o£ said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of Barch, 1964, .at the ho,tJ.r of
7:30 p.m. i.n the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City
of'Palo Alto, County of Sant:a Clat:a, State of Californi•Jl, said
timt~ and place being the day, hour and place fixed in said
Resolution 371:5 for bearing prote!: ts to the said annexation,
the said Cit:y Council did continu~:· said hearing to June 8~ 1964
at the same hour and place .:Lnd on said date did hear and. pa~.s

NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the City of Palo Alto

described to the City of Palo Alt:o, and does hereby further
ordain that the SS.J d terri1::ory bt~ and is hereby annexed tO the
City of Palo Alto.
