The Council of t' te City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION..!.:.. Sec.tion 19.152 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code decreasing State speed limits in certain zones hereby
is amended by adding t~ereto the following street:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon
