ORDINANCE OF l'HE. COUNCIL Of TBE CITY OF PALO ALTO
}~ING SECTION 8B.l9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1324, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, IUGULATING BUILDING ll\EIGHT LIMIT
IN R-3-P DISTRICTS.
The Council c•f lChe Cit:y of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
Section 1. ·section ;~B-19 of Article 8 of Ordinance No.
1324, the Zo'l.'ling Ordinance Ls hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Building Heisht Limis_: Four stories, not to exceed
45 feet, except tF.at within 171 feet of any R-1
property ("1hethe1 or not separated by a street)
the height shall be twelve (12) feet at a distance
of six (6) feet from the R~l property line, plus
cne (1) add.ition;;tl foot of height for each five (5)
additional feet of distance from the property line.
Section Z. ·rhis o:::-dinance shall become effective upon
the ~~xpiration of thirty dlys from its passage.
