ORDINANCE OF THE COlrNC!.l OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
A~rENDlNC: SECTION J.9 .132 OF THE PAi.C ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE ESTABLISH: NG TRUCK ROtrrES (EXCE:PTIONS)
The C:o~mc:i 1 or the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION L Item (2) of suJ,section ''g" of Section 19.132 of
the Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Public Utilities Commission and school buses.

contractor while necessarily in use in the construc
tion, installati >n or repair of any public utility~
within the City.
Any aut:horlzed e: 1ergency vehicle."

to a new subsection to be desig1ated subsection "h" and to read
as follo-..;s:
nh. Grading Permits. Tru :k routes designated in permits
issued under the prov~sions of Division 6, Chapter 34
of this Code (Excavat~on, Grading, and Fills) shall
be in compliance with routes established by this
section,"
