THE CITY OF PALO ALTO A:.'i.E~"DING ORDINANCE NO~ 132!~, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY l-..MEl\"DING CERTAIN SECTIO~;s ESTABLISHING AUTOMOBILE PARKING The Council of the City of P:tlo Alto does ORDAIN as follows: .SECTION l. Section 4. 30 of :)rdinance No. 1324 is amended to read as follows: "G<ira~ei Private:·· A structure designed and/or used for "t'he s e ter or storage of ve 1icles by the occupants of the dwelling, including covered parking space or cav~ort. An attached private garage s:J.all be a poi'tion of the :nain building and subject to all requirements and restrictions thereof unless separated from the me.in building as required for a detached garage. (See :~ec_ 22.06(d) (4).)H j)ECTION 2. Section 5.17 of Ordinance No& 1324 is amended to read as follows: ~~4_utom2.,bile Parki,n&: Twc car spaces for ~c1ch dwelling un:i.t> one of wnich shall be ::overed parlung.
